
May is hands-down the prettiest month. Not that I'm biased or anything...or that my birthday is in May... (yea ok I'm a bit biased haha).
But seriously, as the saying goes: April showers bring May flowers. May is my favourite month because it's (usually) not too cold, not too hot, and the flowers are in full bloom. The one negative thing about it is my horrendous hay fever symptoms that hits and drowns me like a tsunami wave, but honestly it's worth it. I'm a sucker for pretty flowers.
If you live in Toronto, you know that High Park is the go-to spot for cherry blossoms. One day, I'll try and be in Japan for the cherry blossom season, but for now High Park will have to do.
